| Fulton Ranch Custom Home |
| This 7,105 square feet custom home is located on a dramatic lakefront lot in the Island at Fulton Ranch. Its design is inspired by the rural farmhouses of Tuscany and utilizes an informal plan layout to maximize the lake views and integration of indoor and outdoor spaces. The home utilizes varied roof lines to create a complex but balanced composition and stone, brick, wood and stucco are combined to create a rich material palette. Construction is scheduled to begin in 2012. |
